It's about a 2.5 hour drive from where I live.

@Keith Dowdy I would think it would be the larger markets like Raleigh and surrounding areas or Charlotte.  

It is also a 6 minute drive to South Attleboro train station.

Hi everyoneI'm a new investor looking at branching out to Orlando and surrounding areas currently having a hard time finding  a good real Estate agent willing to work with me a Canadian investor can anyone recommend a good real estate agent that works with investors. 

If you can afford to invest within driving distance, you'll save yourself money and headaches.

I did not drive it in preparation for this “review” so I was not able to personally gauge the atmosphere there.

I did a drive by and for us investors, at the wholesale price, it's not a deal.

A few ideas:1)You could freelance to help REI companies or individuals stand up their company websites in exchange for money and/or REI mentoring.2)You could stand up a "We buy houses for cash" type website, use some SEO and other developer tricks to drive traffic there, and use it as your primary marketing channel for lead generation.
