Will they dump the houses for a discount ?

Some of the houses I have looked at through my realtor have decent cash flow, but when I checked out the zip code of the properties on USA.com I see a negative growth rate in those zip codes.

I’m not sure I’m even going to pursue this though because I did some research and found that the average voucher for my zip code is well below what I’m asking.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

Changing the code after getting quotes and choosing your contractors is recommended.
