I am not sure if our power generated will be enough keep us net power positive until it gets warm again, but that will depend on how much more snow we get because I am still generating power when the panels are free from snow.It has been a few weeks since I looked at the numbers, but as far as I can tell we have saved money by switching our house hack of a primary residence to solar, and we haven't done taxes to see how that will also help us.

Based upon the OP's posts, it sounds like they were just reallocating capital and not leveraging themselves to the hilt which people are warming against.  3.

Some countries and areas are overbuilt and take a long time to rent out.In the United States the cold belt states tend to be higher cash flow but also have a lot of weak suburban to rural areas dying off with net migration moving to warm belt states.
