I know I would then have to work under a broker, is it possible to just be considered a "listing agent" so that you don't have desk hours etc?

I once called a complaint into "311" the local hotline when someone posted them on every light pole, hundreds on them in the neighborhood, signs on ugly orange colored cardboard.I didn't know I know the guy that hung the signs, and he complained when I saw him that someone squealed on him to the authorities.

This morning she notified me that 2nd floor toilet for the 2nd bathroom overflowed yesterday and leaked to the ceiling on the first floor around a light fixture.

Both the forms cover pretty much everything - moisture issues, safety, housekeeping, appliances, light bulbs burned out, etc. 

Anyway, the Bush family DID NOT like Reagan until it was clear he was not a force to be taken lightly.

This will help prevent light spots between sprays.

thanks for the tips guys...i'm thinking about lightly sanding the affected areas and then painting to match the red brick...i'm sure it won't be a perfect match, but it'll be a lot less distracting than white
