Otherwise, many view Boston's market as a safe haven for their money, hence the low cap rates as noted by @Jarrod Kohl. 

I am currently renting a house in Memphis and Advantage Property Management from a tenants point of view is horrible.I feel bad for the owner of the property I rent. 

Roy I have a property just like you describe - SFH that’s been converted into a “Duplex”.

I went and viewed the property yesterday which has every plus you could imagine.

But this review limited to real estate listings and Google street view.  

I’ve never been in the situation you describe so take my opinion with a grain of salt, but I would go with a title company.  

@Robin Casper I think the judge would take a very dim view of redevelopment as an excuse for eviction because it displaces too many people too often.

I’m a big sports fan and enjoy the thought of nice views in the city.

What you're describing is property management, and the keys to being able to legally manage the property for them would be:You are a licensed real estate brokerYou are a direct employee of the ownerYou are an ownerA few other obscure exemptions.The sticky wicket here lies in the FHA part.
