Those 2 choices are VERY different paths.If you are looking for a vote - Buy and hold is my game and I love it.Flips seem like a lot of work, high risk and high tax exposure compared to BH but I know a lot of people like flipping.

Is it normal to leave payment space blank.. to pretend to be sba lender ... to tell someone thief ex wife made the money.she had not been in America for almost 2 years.. you don't owe taxes when your not a us citizen the crap that came out of his mouth.. cant get refinance because my name was no longer on llc.

The seller should have been able to provide the mortgage information ie: latest statements and property tax bills (I would have wanted to look at at leasts the last 6 months).
