Using a slow BRRR strategy on all and maximizing rental income over next few years as I cycle through tenants and rehab units then refinance.

I will agree that the market here has shown signs of slowing down in the last 1-2 months, but still plenty of demand exists.

There is no doubt that mail is very slow these days. 

@Charles Chester that $7 million railroad deal seems like a play for very experienced people with deep pockets.

Surveyors are going slow these days, so it may take longer to get it back than 14 days, but try to get it.
