Small, cheap houses or mobile homes that are in close proximity to the base are popular.

I’m on mobile and wasn’t able to see the whole graph but the Y-Axis is percent change from prior year.

I bought it hard money loan and tore the condemned building down then refid with credit union and then worked with city to place a HUD approved mobile home (1979 I think) on a slab foundation etc etc.

I have a couple of investors that are looking into buying used mobile homes.

@Ryan Passi I just opened an account (ie checking and savings) at my local credit union and started using it as a dedicated account for income, expenses, etc. 

Also heard from someone if they were starting out again they would've done mobile homes.

I wasn't familiar with closet requirements, and I've lived in apartments without dedicated closets, but the one enclosed bedroom in this basement does have one.I just don't know how I go about using this basement legally.
