Looks better than painting them brown even though there are still dark and light spots from old age and wear.

I think my agent screwed me as we priced the rental to high (right on the numbers she said we could get when i bought the place) now she claims that no one gets those prices... basically keeps blowing smoke up my you know what.... but they are the main agency that handles the development so i feel stuck with them...

I may the only one in the dark.

That cost $1200/year (overall value of $500K)Both homes were fully rehabed with new electric, plumbing, roof, windows, wired smokes.. trying to get the best discounts. 

They're a bit dark and some rooms need a different camera lens to truly/better capture it.Your pricing seems on par though from a quick look of nearby rentals, so could be the time of year.

They supposed to move out at the end of January.It was month to month lease and I did not renew because of smoking.

Tenant signed lease (No pets, No smoking)They moved in with 2 cats and 2 dogs.

It may be possible without this if you find a smoking deal with 3 units already occupied in leases that cover the PITI, but that will be dependent on the lender and how they analyze and count income.

Once was when I notified her I was going to do some basic maintenance, furnace filters, smoke alarm batteries, etc.
