I would advise to go to Home Depot make a list of items and prices like cabinets, sinks, tile, paint, Sheetrock, toilets vanity, water heater, boilers or baseboard heaters those are the main things you have to deal with inside the house.

This can depend on what kind of response they send to the court, will they put any money into the registry and/or are there any holidays.If the eviction runs its course, at the end the sheriff will come out and you will meet them there with a locksmith and maybe an extra hand in case there are items left in the house.

One item to note is that if you use the actual cost method, you must use SL method of depreciation rather than MACRS if you use the vehicle 50% or less for business.

@Shilpa Putchakayala I actually have a mold addendum to my lease which states those items; running the air conditioning, proper ventilation etc.... if not reported can become the obligation of the renter.
