When I first started real estate I was able to complete my job tasks each day so any extra time or in between what I was doing I would speak to other employees, customers, etc. about real estate.

Not sure what happened to the exterior home pictures.

I was talking to someone in South Carolina who was a customer of my tourism business, she is a real estate agent.

But for running this like a business and internal planning, the picture painted is very different if you show no tax expense for 11 months and then 1 huge hit in one month

@Andrew Postell I know that sqft multiplier is not to be relied on for due diligence but for the initial pass (before going on sight, and just looking at pictures on MLS or from wherever) to say...yeah this is worth my time to do due diligence or not.

It depends on your local custom and the deal involved.
