Alternately - look at the cases, write down all the names and streets on the docket - call or send a letter.There is a place at the court houses where landlords file their complaints - hang around there - you'll meet many landlords/owners who don't want real estate any more - they have HAD IT with tenants.

On the street in the past 5 years, most of the calls are suspicious behavior, noise complaints, etc with a few motor vehicle burglaries and one auto theft.

Not sure why it costs so much to find a tenant, especially when I used the tenant screening tool on BP, took maybe 2-4 hours of my time:Collecting phone calls (High standards with good credit, recommendations, no criminal/evictions, and good job (3x monthly rent)Gather email of prospects, put it into the system and it tells me recommendations based off their qualifications after their done paying for and putting information into system.
