As Atlanta continues to grow and competition within the perimeter become larger and more competitive up and coming areas have become more interesting.

MF is always competitive but as @Bruce Runn said there are always opportunities to be found especially as a house hacker.

It would also be useless unless you are offering a competitive commission to the buyers agents. 

The window units seem to do fine in cooling down the place but the lack of HVAC may simply be a reflection of the neighborhood.I've got friends who rent out two mobile homes in a neighborhood not too far from mine. 

I have not received a copy of the opinion yet, but it was made very clear that the CDC lacked the authority to issue it.

Is this rate competitive or high?

FLA for new build rent to own product we just started selling to investors  Like that.a few other markets that i think I will just keep close to the vest nothing like creating your own competition  LOL

I am an agent in Fort Myers, Fl but with an extremely competitive market I have started to look at other opportunities.

There is a good amount in downtown PHX but other then that definitely very hard to find and competitive but doable for sure.
