Hire an agent.But don't just hire any agent....hire a good agent.

I highly recommend you get some help from a local investor or agent to help guide you through the process since this all new to you.

I think I spent like 400 setting mine up on Legal Zoom and then I pay a yearly registered agent fee of like 150/200 and then I pay a yearly fee to the state of like 100 bucks.
