Taxes here are cheaper than up near you but still expensive.

You cannot charge a fee, deposit, or rent for a service animal.

It may sound nice to pay a 5% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no add-on fees.

I wouldn't buy anything in that area of town.Vacancy rates are low but that to depends on the neighborhood and the price you charge for rent.

Transfer taxes in the City of Pittsburgh are 4.5%, so I do not want to have such a high amount in the "Other Fees/Charges" category when presenting to lenders.

I found a couple but one charges a huge fee per month and the other one no callback.
