To your main question, renovation cost in Cincinnati is around $200 per square foot for everything.

But, I agree that there is not enough chasing away or direct questioning of people who post questionable stuff, and I think it is easier to be just plain old mean from behind the safety of anonymity. 

Separate but related question, do you know if the cost of a cost segregation report  is deductible or must be amortized?
