unless you are looking to buy in MD, then move back to .CA. in which case you wouldn't be able to satisfy the 1 year owner occupancy unless you closed on the house asap, or wait to satisfy the 1 year before moving back to CA. even if that means hanging out in MD a few months after ETSing.
