Condos can be so easy to manage, and you would get amazing tenants in class A buildings that really don't add much stress at all to your life.

That way, you build an ongoing reputation and people are waiting for your next opening.

1) Build your team - talk to investor-friendly lenders and agents that are experienced working with real estate investors.

I would list quality of finishes, size of units, maybe overall size of property and building, garages, etc.  

Our original plan was to build wealthy by holding this property for 10+ years but now we are thinking 200K tax free is sounding pretty good.

Building a strong local network is one of the easiest ways to get involved in real estate.

Looking to build my team and need an experienced tax accountant who preferably has there own real estate and know the law advantages related to that area.

I want to use investment properties in order to live a life financially secure, and create a purpose that will get me excited to jump out of bed in the morning.Hopefully we can connect and build together.

I know nothing about investing in buildings this large as the largest I own or have owned is a 2 unit duplex.
