Hi,All BP members,I have got some great responses and must admit that it has boosted my confidence a lot and in addition, I will not be VAGUE any more.

Not sure if new alone will boost up the rent per se (but it may let you be on the higher end of the range).

In more rural areas like Sedona, there are far fewer issues- but we still witness this mentality.

What about the "boost" feature on marketplace? 

A meeting with the right people can boost your success rate on your journey.

If you also have examples for me to study or scenarios for me to practice, that'd be amazing.I come from a family of extreme generational poverty and I am trying to break free from that despite life continually handing me setback after setback, struggling with mental health, and now my relationship being on the line when it was the only thing making me happy.The market I would be in I imagine is my area (Appleton in Northeast Wisconsin) unless remote wholesale is something that someone has good information about and feels it'd be beneficial to my specific scenario here.Sorry for the long post or if I had over shared, but I want to make my ambitions and reasonings clear so that my extremely difficult timeline doesn't immediately make me seem like I am delusional in the amount of work it is going to be, especially while working as much as I do at my W2 job.

Although, knocking on doors in LA seems mostly to recall that scene in "Young Frankenstein," the mental image of carrying actual cash along is what really blows my mind!

A good mental model to look at these things is: "judge a policy not by its intent, but by its outcome". 

Where I am now, my approach seems scatterbrained, and that usually becomes the mental wall that I can't get over - thinking what to do next, where and how to start, etc.

However, one of the family members who is 92 years old is extremely sick mentally (after he know we need to move to a new home), and I have to stay in my old house with him; as a result, I am forced to rent the new home out around late September 2023.
