Hi, Is it best to form an LLC if I own and manage 8 rental units?

I own a pm company and always give best effort to repair something, but after three or four times, it’s time to replace.

It is usually best to consider using a local lender regarding the property you are purchasing.

DIY managing is usually best, so you learn enough to avoid getting taken advantage of if/when you hire a PMC in the future.Your challenge is learning enough to avoid lawsuits and costly mistakes!

Some of the best investment loan brokers are not always necessarily located in the region you are looking to get a deal done.

The mfg won't produce a "load rating chart" since there are too many load combinations to worry about.
