Does anyone know of a good calculator to analyze holding and renting a property versus selling?  

I was looking for some help and advice in how to analyzing deals off of MLS sites and other sites as well.

Hello all, just wondering if anyone can share a good multi-unit/multi-family (25+ units) template (in Excel) for analyzing commercial deals of that nature. 

I have it on my phone but it hasn't come in the mail yet.About halfway through Chapter 8...Though I would suggest reading the WHOLE chapter, and learn a better way to analyze deals than using the 70% Rule...

I figured i need an acquisition group that can evaluate and analyze opportunities.

We analyze the market and we are interested what real estate agents that would like to see new in 3D technologies to increase sales.

Is there really any way to analyze potential Air BnB earnings besides just talking with current people doing this?

I wouldn't take it into consideration when analyzing a deal.
