I them know that everybody is responsible for the entire contract amount no matter what happens.I do not allow subletting in your lease.

In ohio you do have to pay interest on any amount above a one month security deposit, but rates being what they are the cost is minimal and far outweighed by the benefit of actual notice.

PMMI is approx $3700, so after additional expenses and etc. there should be some amount of cash flow. 

OTOH, if the landlord is asking for this change, I'd insist on the correct amount - $230.77.

@Elliot Saks - Milwaukee has great cashflowing properties as  there are a disproportional amount of renters (roughly 40% of households) and a solid inventory of low-priced housing. 

I am relatively new to REI, and its great to see how some people start, facing the constant "No's", and how quickly you can grow in a relatively short amount of time. 

Could have also been something else recorded between the first and this second, such as a contractor lien.You should assume you will need to pay off the first in full for whatever amount they are owned. 

It will be a equally divided partnership and everyone will contribute same amount of money for down payment.

@Cassidy Burns, if you do a 1031 the amount of capital gain is sort of irrelevant.
