And the stores keep lining them up in the windows up and down our main drag...Just like used and new car dealers i saw in the south.. come income tax refund time they are ramping up their add's all geared toward take your income tax refund and buy this car LOL..  

If you are just a peon manager you may not be a wheeler or a dealer, but if you are the owner then you'll likely be able to waive those late fees and all that.Best of luck on the journey!

The building isn't the safest and I have had gangs/drug dealers make threats in the past but I don't carry a gun or any other type of weapon when visiting the property.

And, wouldn't you know it, he was affiliated with someone selling exactly that good or service.

It is under $100 dollars and runs on top of Excel.I have used it for the last 4 years (version 9) and have no affiliation with the developer.

Rob K - it is OK to name vendors you have used with success, so long as you are not getting some affiliate compensation (or so long as it is not some off-shoot business of yours).Your prices mentioned are certainly competitive.
