There are obviously cost involved in growing a brokerage.  

Managing risks is key - you need to understand and minimize potential challenges like changes in the market, turnover of tenants, property upkeep, financial obstacles, and unforeseen costs.

My cost basis was originally 202K for the building plus about 30K improvements.

cost per class varies, but nearly all are less than $100.  

I also need some other “soft” costs (origination fees, etc.) taken care of to get the deals going for each deal.
