If you're making it a triplex or higher, the whole building gets sprinklered AND you have to fire rate between the units.Typically, we do 5/8" drywall on both sides to get the 1hr rating.

I was getting tired of my even 1.5% interest at the credit unionso I think this is a better option, to buy cheaper places and rentthem, it will give me a lot more than leaving it in the credit unionand is a whole lot less stressful than dealing with the stock marketwhich I was looking into for a long time but think it is too rigged for now.
