One thing to keep in mind is that some potential tenants may not be able to walk up the stairs, if elderly for example.

Interesting you say that because we were actually looking at Ocala and Mt Dora areas as well.If you don't mind me asking.

If you want to be successful change your mind set about who and what you are/were. 

However, keep in mind that even the most creditworthy tenants can begin to fail over time or go bankrupt, as history has shown us time and time again.

So one thing I need to keep in mind as I expand is keeping things as passive as possible.
