@Amanda JarrettWithout the user (the agent) notifying you, or the MLS having a built in email to you there is no way to automate it.Perhaps you could just load up all their listings in a browser that opens with a bunch of saved tabs to see all their mls listings then have a VA go through a mark down the changes they see of pending, etc and take action from there

With a turnkey renovation, you have already paid a premium to not have these issues, but I have seen many rehabs that were done very poorly and covered major issues (like finishing a basement to hide a shifting foundation).

Even in the case of an FHA or VA loan which have requirements that you “intend” to live there for at least a year, if you have to go somewhere temporarily for work, there’s no restrictions on that.
