I just recently discovered all of their how-to videos on YouTube, a whole comprehensive series of videos from the tenant, landlord and owner points of views...they are great!

I didn’t want any of them to buy that “No money down guru” crap that was on TV that caused investors to become overleveraged.

Unfortunately there aren't enough cards that offer a promo like that to be able to purchase something in my area due to higher price points.Until I recently moved, I used to go to church with someone who could have been on TLC's now defunct TV show Extreme Couponing. 

My dog looks big and scary, but this is his day to day life... hanging on the couch watching TV... just saying.

I have made a lot of money editing movies and TV shows, so I did put it to good use!

Do not believe everything you hear on TV! 

But before I go live there I want to take my laptop, cell phone (can't live without Facebook) my 6-foot flat screen TV, $4,000 Comfy bed and my 3 dogs (they only cost me about $300 per month, or $3,600 per year).
