Key is to really understand the areas you want to be in and your goals to make sure they align.

So the real question is whether you are cash flow positive after accounting for maintenance and capex, and what your goals are.

During conversations they set the tone that it is achievable to do 3 in 6 months, they don't actually come out and promise 3 deals in 6 months. 

As far as a strategy goes, I would suggest leaning into your current skill set and knowledge to find an unfair advantage.
