Daily finance reading is boring.Want a successful career?

This is the angle I'm attacking. 

I have read through Michael Blank's Financial Freedom with Real Estate Investing and am ready to go on to next steps. 

The appliances are also all brand new installed this year- fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

Was this not advertised or discussed prior to move in? 

I have read many reviews about the Investors Edge.

This is a better option than going into default.

And I would require the contract to state the the furnishings would all belong to me if they ended up being short on rent and I had to go after them.To me, many of the people that do this tend to do it because they don't have the money to buy the units themselves.
