Your best source for crime is to just type in ______ crime reports, the county/cities seem to do a fair job around here of having some nice software to really pinpoint how often what type of crime is being done.

I think Cozy.co for screening/rent collection and then QB for bookkeeping works well.Cozy has expense tracking but I don't see that they have P&L reports or other functions you would want out of a bookkeeping software.

We actually use Appfolio and have found neither are robust enough for tracking all aspects of the business (especially when dealing with depreciation tracking and things like that) and so have always had both QB and then the management software.
