To piggyback off of what Mark said, you shouldn't know that the tenants can't sleep.

BUT all banks are paranoid of getting sued so they disclosure it anyway, making it markedly different from a commercial loan and tossing it back into residential in my opinion.I also called Fannie Mae, the CFPB and the CA Dept of Business oversight.

Today president of HOA calls me and tells me he ruined all freshly put cement, everywhere they see wheelchair marks.

While state or local statistics should be presented where available and appropriate based on a housing provider’s market area or other facts particular to a given case, national statistics on racial and ethnic disparities in the criminal justice system may be used where, for example, state or local statistics are not readily available and there is no reason to believe they would differ markedly from the national statistics.   

We went to them about the 6 month mark and looked to see what the problem was. 

Most other thieves would be found guilty and at the very least have a black mark on their record if not do a little time in jail.
