I had the interior and exterior painted and all new windows.

My plan is to buy and hold this one after interior rehab (mostly cosmetic) (rent $650/month). 

I was hoping to get some help on what more experienced minds would do with this one as far as interior/exterior colors & features. 

Our home comes fully equipped with modern amenities and a tastefully furnished interior.

One of the repairs required by code is that the entrance doors for each of the units need to be at least 60-minute fire rated, but I am having trouble finding a store that supplies this for an interior wood door.

Some will show you an ARV of the Top 3 to 5 houses in the neighborhood, with the best interior finishes, and outdoor landscaping of someone's primary residence, yet you plan on making your property a rental so your finishes should not be as nice as someone's primary residence which means those ARV comps from the Wholesaler are worthless.

Common examples are exterior paint, interior paint, kitchens and baths but could also involve a full on gut.  

They will also sell you an interior sump pump for another 10k when the water is obviously entering from the exterior soil.

Videos (interior, drone, or both) ran $400-$1,000 and Matterport generally started around $250 and priced per SF.
