Everyone knows there’s a big gap in the school system where children aren’t taught the basics of economics or about money and investment.

Apparently it’s a different division for NLR and LR with completely different systems

As far as I view it, we have a system used to keep people down.

I have upgraded quite a few electrical systems over the years & I am amazed that a lot of the K&T junction boxes I pulled out, attached to charred studs/joists, never caught fire.

Since the property is in California i need a low NOX system. 

I've done a good amount of research on how the HOA system works but I have some general questions that I can't seem to find.1.

The GPs manage all aspects of the deal from the initial due diligence before the purchase, through the sale of the asset (typically 5-7 years down the road). 

Any suggestions you have on how to setup the foundation of our systems and processes to make things scalable in the future would be helpful!

It’s an awesome system for a do it yourself landlord who is on a budget.

Believe me when I say, it's super easy to get more clients, but if you don't have the right paperwork AND systems, it can be a major pain to scale; it's very easy to get overwhelmed with loan requests.
