A pure  ROFR that has no other option benefits is not a marketable contract it's only giving a promise to someone to match or beat another offer within a time frame.

Also, your hypothetical deal package can be reused once you have the deal by swapping out the "fake" data with the real thing.

No reason to over-promise when you know that you won't be able to sell the house for more than whatever you know you can get a contract for.To some, that $3000 might not have been a big deal, but if you're doing 30 houses/year, that's $3000 per house savings could net you $100K every year.

You know, I was just looking through some links when I found something online about 'virtual wholesaling' and I couldn't help but seeing something that kinda nagged at me.I think that coming from the internet marketing space I've become used to the big promises by a wide variety of gurus and 'self proclaimed experts' on how if you "just take action right now" your life will never be the same.
