Hi, I got in contact with a mortgage agent from Royal Credit Union, they helped me run some numbers and gave me this as an estimate.Is this a good rate?

Offer to sit open houses for agents (you can do this through your state Workplace group), attend eXp’s virtual and live training & networking events and of course work with your Mentor who should be able to best guide you.

I would be investing in Austin, TX, where this seems to be a growing trend with the current tight inventory of conventional housing and lots of surrounding land.

Services you cannot shop for seem high ($800/appraisal - is this a rural area)? 

Aloha @Chris Heinmiller - Being a technologist and a real estate investor, this package isn't that great.  

I ask this question because there are many markets that are growing in population and want to be a step ahead.

I have seen this requirement being one of the reasons owners are the selling.
