The PM, if they're of any size, will likely do house rehabbing with their in-house crews, can expand their rehab crews as needed, and also have great contractor contacts.

I plan to stick to the towns I know and understand but would like to continue to expand.

As we continue to expand, NARHRI is optimistic that the number of state investor groups who become members will increase, and in turn promote NARHRI to their respective individual members.

I just purchased my first property on contract and plan on expanding my investments in the near future.
