I need some Coin Operated Laundry and Electric dryers (no gas hookup in basement).I have looked at Lowe's etc. and PC Richard and they all sell this Whirpool brand that has horrific reviews across the board and the stuff they sell has horrific reviews.

I'm a structural, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc. engineer, the CAD/CAM part is just one of my tools your right Emilio not of utmost importance :)Jon, I revised my approach yesterday after learning about set-backs to finding a lot first since it drives sq ft...My local planning/zoning dept has it online, so yes a good starting point is the lot/zoning/set backs/sq ft way I see it.
