This has bothered me all morning.

I had my agent submit an offer for a property, and what I got was not to bother the listing agent with anything less than a full price offer for the property, because he would not accept it.  

I didn't bother him with resigning the lease or adding his name, as at the time I thought that one is legally responsible for deceased spouse agreements anyway, and also I kept getting my rent.Now few months later this has deteriorated a lot.

Any recommendations for a site where "I" can enter the information given by the tenant without bothering them with info. they already filled out?

I suspect, but don't know for sure, that he didn't want to be bothered by such a small commission. 

However, if you ask your buyers/experienced wholesalers what a typical total rehab will cost in the neighborhoods you are targeting and use that number as your highest conservative rehab number and the deal still works  or is close, why bother with a contractor?

Honestly, part of what has held me back in the past several years, outside of lack of capital, was the emotional condition of regret, and negativity, that I had already "blown it," why bother trying now to pick up these little crumbs?

If we are gone for an extended time, or out of mobile range, or don't want to be bothered with anything we let the tenants know to call the second number.
