Hello everyone,Can you recommend a practical book for running a business?

So I have done nothing except read a few real estate books, analyze a few properties (as well as I knew how), and talked to one hard money lender.

I've read numerous books and all of Brandon Turners books...this guy has inspired me so much which is why I am here!

The book says twelve years more which would be a total of twenty years, the math checks out

I am going to refer to the book on estimating rehab costs when my buddy gives me my book back.

I’ve read 100 books, listened for to 100 I podcast, joined a REIA and now more than ever need to jump.

I'm looking forward to applying some of @David Greene's principles found in his long distance real estate book (shameless plug). 

Read books, read these forums, listen to podcasts and save yourself the $20k they want to charge you for all the same information

If I compromise on these things, bookings suffer.
