The other is possible, but it'd be a little tight due to a sink against the far wall that looks like it was used for a second kitchen.Square footage is 968 for the upstairs and another 968 for the basement.Bathroom has been updated this past year as has the kitchen.

203k Loan Officer misrepresentation, need help!
20 August 2015 | 49 replies
@Kyle Gregg, the first thing I would do is email the new LO, the branch manager and every suit working there with an itemization of each and every misrepresentation the LO gave you and tell them "...that because of these representations, you will need at least another two weeks to close - that you really don't want to send these facts to their Regulator and consumer affairs offices, but your back is to the wall and they need to meet you 1/2 way SINCE YOU HIRED THE IDIOT YOU JUST FIRED".

How to estimate After-Repair Value without comps?
21 June 2015 | 2 replies
@Brian TracyIf you are dealing with a true multi (5+ units) and not a residential property (1 - 4 units) with conjoined walls, then it would normally be valued based upon income / cash-flow and not comparable sales. In your situation, even if you are dealing with a 3 - 4 unit residential property, I would determine its value based upon the cash flow it throws off and base any potential offer on my analysis.
