Hi, I inherited a Tarrant Housing Authority Section 8 tenant when I bought this property around 2 years ago in Fort Worth TX.

The IRA owns the LLC, but you can be the non-owner manager of the LLC and have signing authority.

I would speak to a tax specialist in the UK or wherever the taxing authority is for your partner.

We've looked into the regulations the township has established, and now, frankly, i'm wondering what authority the township has over our property.

It is impossible to have a mutual relationship if one person is in a position of authority. 

Again, this is Florida, where realtors/brokers are about the only professionals who are authorized to prepared contracts outside of the legal profession.I personally don't get wholesaling...too little return for a whole lot of risk.

It is also important to know the authorized vehicles belong to our Residents, and not additional, unauthorized, occupants. 

:) I have also tried calling MFG and went through all the different prompts and never was able to get someone on the line.I also found two of the three testimonial video authors on facebook.
