Honest wholesalers are problem solvers. sorry your brokering real estate without a license your breaking the law.. just because you disclose mean squat.. you should check with OHIO regulators they are one of the toughest on enforcement of what U do.. and solve what problem.. a great agent is far better than a no money wholesaler at solving problems you just need agents that have clients like me..
