For a number of reasons it would work out better for me to purchase the property myself first.

Then, on to the next unit...Inherited tenants almost never work out, in my experience. 

You’ll want to practice at least five times to work out your important speaking points and be able to listen to your counterpart to understand what is important to them so you can provide the appropriate information.

For those who read the book “48 Laws of Power” by Robert Greene, how has reading the book affirmatted your work out in the field, developing potential buyers, and close out deals.

I think what's important is making sure the numbers work out to where you are comfortable and not forcing them to work.

I did not do a good job of pointing out that I wished to work out a deal with her form the start.
