Once I had escrow clarify the terms for him, and I gave him some hints that the damages would be well in excess of six figures, he rescinded. 

I thought the numbers would work out if we house hacked, but it doesn’t if we stay there for “free”.

If so, how did that work out for you?

@Andrew Spinelli I would get a Loan Estimate from your favorite lender to analyze what the likely rate and payments would work out to be?

If you're managing remotely, you must have a good cleaning team so you don't have to be engaged in the business constantly.Shoveling snow is a good workout, but not all guests want the full mountain experience.

Shop around and work out win-win deals.
