So without this battlefield wisdom prior to purchase, I’m now dealing with a good bit of sill and casing rot and a tremendous amount of mold with the very wet winter we are having in NW Florida.So I’m now looking for input on which exhaust vents are the right choice for my kitchens and baths.

Long term tenants making a big jump to paying market usually does not work  maybe do something in the middle.. you don't want vacancy in Chicago in the winter .. and if U have a section 8 below your probably in a C class area.. and there is competition for renters..
