Those as part of private equity, I am less sure.What I am essentially saying is that Wall Street got interested in main street and bought up on a massive scale single family homes (often in foreclosure) and through partners or subsidiaries managed them (or sold them off).

Ours was coming down a wall which was not wet and seeping to low point in the floor then seeping into the wood.

I am starting to see more and more kitchen remodel where the kitchen wall receptacles are turned 90 degrees, sideways, as in a "Landscape" versus a "Portrait" orientation.I believe this is more convenient?

The paint is peeling, the walls r cracked, the tiles r falling off in te bathroom shower probably from the leak he said he hasnt fixed which my inspector says is the cause of a huge amount of water under the unit!
