I agree with Sean here, we're in a beach vacation market and literally closed on our second unit there on the 30th of March, right in the middle of the state enacting non-resident travel restrictions.

One bright spot in all this is people will still take their vacation in a house when this is over vs travel abroad, cruises, hotels and airlines so that should give drivable destinations a boost this year assuming we get back by end of May.

Hello, Account Closed, the process for getting an appraiser's license will take at least 2-3 years and I'd plan on spending a good $1,500 - $2,500 in courses, time, travel, tests, etc.
