What is the most efficient way to transition from a part-time agent to full-time?

My question for you all is what steps and procedures should I consider doing the closing process as well as with the tenant during the time of transition?

I have a similar background and just transitioned to sales recently.

Raytown has some older transitioning neighborhoods that have some potential for fix & flip and as far as buy/hold rental properties it seems pretty hit or miss.
