That seems to be the most popular and profitable route to start, also teaches you a lot along the way.

make sure your instructor knows with experience in what they are teaching. 

Also, check to see if there are local colleges/training places that offer Quickbooks training (I've seen colleges offer training during summer break and it's not terribly expensive and there are also businesses catered toward teaching Quickbooks in a classroom setting). 

You have to know how important bedrooms are to the sale and style of home, also what are the ideal number of bedrooms in your market, price range, and style.

Another strategy that might be considered is "House Hacking" @Chris Lopez teaches fun and informative classes on both strategies.

I could teach someone else do it and pay them $20/hr and get it done in 2 hours each.Replacing a window is neither complicated nor difficult.

It's a mixture of single-family, duplexes, townhomes, fourplexes, one "barracks-style" building, and a couple nice business buildings that would make great office space.Has anyone ran into anything like this?
